Boardmate Lite uses a simple two-part model: a one-off setup fee to set up your workspace and house style, then a per-meeting fee that already includes reviewer feedback and revisions. Client and contributor participation never adds a charge.

Sizing your backlog
A backlog estimate follows the number of meetings to clear.
Lite pricing scales with the meetings that need to be cleared, not the number of directors, attendees, or service providers who review them. Tell us about your backlog and the material you hold, and we will agree the scope and fees with you.
Setup fee, plus the per-meeting fee multiplied by the number of meetings in the backlog.
Reviewer feedback, chair-controlled revisions, and the DOCX, PDF, action, and audit outputs for every meeting.
