The website explains Boardmate, Boardmate Lite, Boardmate Full, resources, company information and contact options. It is separate from product access and from any evaluation or customer workspace.
Public product information, resources, company details, legal pages and contact routes.
Sample scope, confidentiality, data handling, access, retention, deletion and output expectations are agreed separately.
Product access, support, service levels, pricing, security and data processing are covered by customer documents.
If a signed agreement applies to a product, evaluation or customer relationship, that agreement governs the product or service covered by it.
Business audience
The website is intended for business users considering Boardmate for board support, fund administration, corporate services, governance operations, security review or related professional work.
The site is written for organisations and professional users, not for consumer services.
The public site does not create a Boardmate account, product licence, workspace or support entitlement.
The public contact route is not a route for sending board papers, transcripts, recordings or draft minutes.
Evaluation and product access require the right commercial, confidentiality, security and data-processing documents first.
Acceptable use

An evaluation or customer relationship requires separate documents for the matters that do not belong in public website terms: confidentiality, data processing, product use, security, support, pricing, service levels, retention, deletion and export expectations.
